Gray hair coloring with painted balayage is a modern approach to covering or blending gray hair. With our particular guest, we chose a balayage and gray hair coloring technique based on her final outcome. Her goal is to cover her gray hair while still keeping some brightness on the ends adding dimension. We chose a permanent color close to her natural hair color for her gray coverage. While not wanting to become all one color, we used a balayage technique, painting highlights throughout her head for a warm sun kiss look.
