Keracolor Clenditioner Conditioning Cleanser is infused with Keracolor’s formulated Krystal Water Complex to neutralize hard water minerals, preventing build-up in the hair. Iron, copper and chlorine are oxidizers that not only build-up in the hair causing discoloration but also make the hair seem dull and lifeless. Within one use the hair will be shiny and the integrity of the hair will be improved.
