Least Messy

I’ve been dyeing my hair for years, and Pravana has done the best. It washes out the least, bleeds out the least, and as it fades, it looks even brighter and prettier somehow. I agree that you need to have a good lift — I use Clairol Professionals –either BW2 or Kaleidoscopes work fine with a 30 volume developer.

So I am an Amateur when it comes time for dying hair. That’s why I only do it on my self. First and foremost in order to get this dye to work well. You need to have your hair closer to white. I unfortunately started with manic panic platinum blond bleach and it didn’t do what I had hoped and gave some of the bleach blond yellow. Because of this it turned seafoam green at first. Did another coat later and it got closer to the blue in the picture. Unfortunately there wasn’t enough for 2 applications so I had to go a little darker
